Customers should be employed at a University, College or Academic research institute in order to purchase and use Evince Academic. No guarantee can be made that the purchase site and its information is error free. By ordering from UmBio.com you automatically agree to our terms of purchase and that your contact information is stored in our customer data base.Order & DeliveryAn order is complete when you have received an order confirmation from us via email. License keys are delivered electronically by email after payment has been received with a possible delay up to 72 hours.PricesThe default currency used for our pricing is Euro. Prices are exclusive Value Added Tax (VAT). Customers within Sweden must include 25% VAT, customers outside of Sweden pay no VAT (Exempt supplies (Article 9 (2)(e) 6th Directive) - reverse charge). The prices stated on the web page may be changed by UmBio without prior notice.PaymentInvoiceCustomers within the European Union may choose to pay by invoice. The invoice is sent by email and is to be paid within 10 days. If no payment is received at due date, UmBio will send a reminder and may charge a late interest charge of 15% per year. PayPal To provide customers the opportunity to use credit card as payment method we use PayPal as authorized payment processor. Customers who choose this option should also agree to PayPal's terms and conditions. Customer should also provide PayPal with the necessary billing information which may include filling out contact information once again if customer does not already have an existing PayPal account. CancellationCustomers may cancel purchase up until the time when the license key is delivered.ReclamationIf you have problems with the received license key, contact UmBio at support@umbio.com for immediate assistance.Customer information storageTo make an online purchase you must provide us with accurate and sufficient contact information. Regardless of whether you are using invoice as payment method or not, UmBio needs your full contact information including address and phone number. Because of the restrictions placed on Evince Academic licenses it is very important that we know the full name and address of the University or Academic research institute you are employed at. UmBio reserves the right to evaluate the credibility of this information before activating the license key. Contact information collected by UmBio will be used only for contact purposes between UmBio and the customer. No information will be shared with other organizations, companies or partners outside of UmBio.License agreementBefore completing a purchase, all customers must agree with the terms and conditions regarding the Evince license and its use. |
